New Year - New Creations

2:38 PM

It's 2015 and I feel like this year is my year to really boost creativity. I've been inspired a lot lately and I've been working on some new and recurring projects. I've devoted a lot of time to playing video games and in turn putting my artistic hobbies on the back burner and now I feel like there is going to be a bit of a role reversal. I don't think I'll put video games on the back burner in the same way, but I do want to devote more of my free time to creating things rather than playing games all the time.

I am getting back into making bracelets which eventually I will put up for sale in my etsy once I have a nice stock built up. Selling 1 or 2 things at a time is such a bore, don't you agree? I'm also getting back into drawing and using new mediums. For Christmas I received a nice set of Prismacolor double end markers and got some nice marker paper and sketch books. So I want to create many drawings for personal leisure. If I were to sell drawings online I would want to create some sort of art print or t shirt design.

Aside from exploring my physical creativity, I'd also like to dig deeper into my digital creativity and work on enhancing my youtube channel and release some original content rather than just posting game play footage from video games I play. I also purchased a new domain and will be working on developing a website and eventually I would like for his blog to be incorporated into it so that my viewers can navigate my site and my blog simultaneously at their leisure. The purpose of the site is to showcase my online personality, my portfolio, etc... I want my social media to bind together somehow and I feel like a website is a great way to tie everything into one while also keeping them separate entities.

Let the creation begin!
